 MB Russian Twists x 15 each

 

 

Pull - 3 Sets for each circuit

 

Pull-ups x 15/Tubing Sweeps x 20

 

Romanian Deadlifts x 12

 

Bench Reverse Crunches x 15

 

 

One Arm Seated Rows x 8 each arm

 

Bar Curls x 15
