Try this little circuit out for size, from the Newsletter 2 weeks ago.

Stairmaster Intervals: Jump on the Stairmaster, Hit quickstart and pick a level that is between 12-20 that you can sprint on (without holding on/or barely holding on) for 30 seconds. When you are done sprinting, keep standing on the pedals pumping one to keep the Stairmaster from cutting off. Rest for 20 seconds, the clock on the display will count it for you. Do 10-30 second intervals then complete this bodyweight circuit 3 times and then do 10 more Stairmaster Intervals.


Complete 3 Rounds of this Circuit in between Stairmaster Intervals:


20 Squats

20 Lunges

10 Squat Jumps

10 Push ups

15 Situps

20 Russian twists

10 Burpees

30 Second Prone Plank


Have Fun and Push Yourself!!!

Total Body(Two 5 exercise circuits)


Barbell Push Jerk: 3x6

Wall Ball: 3x15

Box Jumps: 3x8

Pull ups: 3x12

Med. Ball Shorthops: 3x12




Physio Single arm Flye/Neutral press: 3x8/8

TRX Rear Delt Flye: 3x10

TRX Bicep Curl: 3x12

DB Lunge/Lateral Lunge: 3x12/12

DB Nose Breakers: 3x10

Physio Crunch w/ DB: 3x15
