Try this little circuit out for size, from the Newsletter 2 weeks ago.
Stairmaster Intervals: Jump on the Stairmaster, Hit quickstart and pick a level that is between 12-20 that you can sprint on (without holding on/or barely holding on) for 30 seconds. When you are done sprinting, keep standing on the pedals pumping one to keep the Stairmaster from cutting off. Rest for 20 seconds, the clock on the display will count it for you. Do 10-30 second intervals then complete this bodyweight circuit 3 times and then do 10 more Stairmaster Intervals.
