Printer-Friendly Format

Aerobics Room X-Spin Style: 2 minutes at each of the three stations, Bike, TRX, BW/MED BALL. 30 seconds of each exercise

Bike: Seated Sprint (L:8-10), Standing Climb (L: 14-18), Seated Climb (L: 12-14)- Sprint or climb for 30s, rest for 30 and Repeat

TRX: 1: Prone plank, knee tux. 2: Hamstring Curl, Rev. Plank 3: Chest press, Row

BW/Medecine Ball: 1: leg circuit: squat, lunge, split jump, squat jump. 2: Medicine ball Alt. foot touch crunch, Russian Twist. 3: side plank L/R

Floor Workout:

KB Swing: 12

Box Jumps: 10

Bosu Knee-Elbow: 20

Incline flyes: 10

DB Squat Press: 8

Lat Pulldown: 10

Bar Curl: 10
