Bike: Seated Sprint (L:8-10), Standing Climb (L: 14-18), Seated Climb (L: 12-14)- Sprint or climb for 30s, rest for 30 and Repeat
TRX: 1: Prone plank, knee tux. 2: Hamstring Curl, Rev. Plank 3: Chest press, Row
BW/Medecine Ball: 1: leg circuit: squat, lunge, split jump, squat jump. 2: Medicine ball Alt. foot touch crunch, Russian Twist. 3: side plank L/R
