21-15-9 of the following Circuit, with a full trip of walking lunges in the room and 30 Glide Mountain Climbers in between each round:

Barbell Deadlift

TRX Rows

OH Sit ups

Push Ups

1 minute at each station, 30 seconds each exercise:

Box: Hot-colds, Lateral Shuffle

JC: Chest Press, Sweeps

BodyWeight: KNEE to Elbow, Sprint

Body Bar: Reverse Curl and Press, OH Squat HOLD
