Mini Band:
(ankles) walk, monster walk, ice skater, speed skater (on balls of your feet, move quick),
(above knees) side shuffle, low shuffle, speed shuffle. 2 leg circuits: squat, hot-cold, squat hold, squat jump. 20 seconds each exercise
Med Ball Circuit, 2 times (20 seconds of each exercise): Lunge n' chop, hot colds, squat slam, squat press, overhead sit up, russian twist, side plank L/R (last 10 seconds on each side, reach thru), push ups
Floor Circuit:
Barbell lunge: 16
Incline DB Press: 10
One arm cable row: 8 each arm
Dips: 10
KB Sumo Hi-pull: 12
DB curl and press: 8
Burpees: 12
