The first rule of F.I.T. Club is, YOU DON'T TALK ABOUT F.I.T. CLUB.
A basic break down to this training protocol is that you go as hard as you
can for as long as you can until all of your sets and reps are completed, or
until the time is up. F.I.T. club is not for the average workout
enthusiasts, as it entails a bit of intestinal fortitude and a lot of
energy. A sample workout may entail completing 3-4 rounds of a 4-5
exercise circuit in as little time as possible, all the while
finishig all reps and moving through full ranges of motion, while your
heart is pounding in your chest. They are designed to give you the most
bang for your buck, while teaching you how to control your breathing
and your ability to push through the mental aspect of fatigue.
Perfect for those interested in full contact sports, (MMA, Football, Wrestling)
as well as those in need of a quick butt kicking workout.
